How to use APCC reports with Genie

1. Click "File" and select "Maintenance and Reports".

2. From the Reports Menu, select "APCC Collaborative Report"

3. Click the "Run Report" button

4. The report will be displayed and the figures for each measure will appear on the right hand side.

To See Patient Information in Detail
You can see a list of patients who match each measure.

You can also see a list of patients who DO NOT match each measure.

1. To see a list of patients with CHD, click the line in the report that says "Total number of patients with CHD"
2. Then click "Display Matches".

3. This displays the following screen showing all patients who have a CHD diagnosis. At this stage if you select "Patients" (from menu) and Disease Register it will display all sorts of extra info about these patients eg what drugs, last BP/ cholesterol etc.

4. Clicking the "Display Exceptions" button shows all patients who do not have CHD.
